Good staff and comfortable stay

Reception staff and others are very friendly and well behaved

We booked a deluxe room in Doves , then the manager told he is upgrading our room from his side to suite as complimentry. Then,while at the time of checkout he made bill of 7k for single room whose price was not worth 7k .Somehow we managed to get discount of 1k and paid 6k to him after long discussion. Also there is no restaurant service available ,they only can provide water bottles and tea ,coffee nothing more than that. Overall room was good and the property too but not worth 7k and there is no staff as such to provide good room service only a resource is there for whole property.

The location of the property is good but overall and room cleanliness is missing.
